This recall involves SeneGence for Men Grooming Hair Balm sold in a 52g/ 1.8 oz plastic container. The plastic container is blue with white lettering.

Hazard identified

Some of the recalled products may exhibit the presence of a common household mold, Penicillium concentricum, which may cause allergies or similar symptoms.

As of August 21, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The company reported that 348 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

The affected products were sold from May 2020 to August 2020.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact the place of purchase regarding a refund.
