Product description

This recall involves a Disney Forky Plush Toy (11") with poseable arms, a cream-colour base, and plastic "googly" eyes. The "googly" eyes are comprised of three parts; a white plastic base, a clear plastic dome and a small black plastic disc within the dome, which represents the character's pupil.

Hazard identified

Part of the plastic "googly" eyes may detach, creating a hazardous small part, posing a choking hazard to young children.

As of July 2, 2019, the company has received 1 report of an incident in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received no reports of incidents, and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 651 units of the affected product were sold in Canada and approximately 19,000 were sold in the United States.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and return it to any Disney store retail location or consumers can contact Disney store Guest Relations online or via phone.
