Bébé Star Ladybug Backpack

Product description

This recall involves the Bébé Star brand Ladybug Backpack.  The top of the backpack has a rigid surface in the shape of a ladybug with antennae.  The product can be identified by UPC code 1062987.

Hazard identified

The fabric covering the antennas can easily come off presenting a risk of injury.

As of October 23, 2017, the company has received one report of an incident with the product in Canada.  No injuries were reported.

Number sold

Approximately 100 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold from January 2017 to October 2017.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.
