- Spa pH Minus: UPC 775613311804, 1.5 kg
- Spa pH Plus: UPC 775613311903, 1.0 kg
- DuraForce Rootaway : UPC 778690700059, 2.3 kg
Hazard identified
Health Canada's auditing process revealed that these chemicals are not packaged in a child-resistant container as required under Canadian law.
The lack of a child-resistant container could potentially result in misuse of these products and lead to serious injury.
Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these chemicals.
