Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these pacifiers do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for pacifiers under Canadian law. The grip of the recalled pacifier can detach from the base, which presents a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Kidz District has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.
Number sold
Approximately 369 units of the recalled products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from October 2015 to November 2016.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Kidz District to receive a refund.
