Little Hero foam puzzle mat
Product description
This recall involves a foam puzzle mat that includes removable cut-outs in the shape of numbers and letters. The puzzle has 36 pieces. The set is sold in a transparent plastic bag with universal product code (UPC) 844913030958.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these foam puzzle mats do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for toys. The puzzle foam mat can release small pieces, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Jouet K.I.D. inc. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
